How do I register?
You can call us at 1-800-224-9889 or 1-312-683-2464 or complete the registration form online. Once your registration is processed, you will receive an invoice within 5-7 business days.
Can I make a change to my registration?
Yes, to make changes to your registration, call BAI Customer Support Services at 1-800-224-9889 or 1-312-683-2464. You can also email registration changes to info@bai.org.
What do I do if I need to cancel? What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your registration, please e-mail your cancellation to BAI Customer Support Services as soon as possible at info@bai.org. You will receive a full refund if your cancellation request is made more than 30 days prior to the start of the program. If you cancel within 1-30 days of the program start date, your payment amount can be used as a credit towards another BAI program (must be used within one year) or can be refunded to you less a $200 processing fee. Cancellations made after the program begins are non-refundable. Please refer to your hotel confirmation acknowledgement for instructions on cancelling your hotel accommodations.
How do I register my team?
Teams of 3 may be eligible for additional savings. You must register your team of 3 at the same time to qualify for the team discount. This means submitting 3 registrations at the same time on the same day. Your registrations can be submitted via our online registration process or by calling Customer Support Services at 1-800-224-9889 or 1-312-683-2464. To expedite your registration when calling to register your team, please have a confirmed list of your entire team.
I don’t live in the United States, how do I register?
Our international customers can call BAI Customer Support Services at 1-312-683-2464. Our office hours are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (central time). You can also register online. Once your registration is processed you will receive an invoice within 5-7 business days.
What is the registration cut-off date? What do I do if I miss it?
Registrations are currently being received and will be accepted through March 9, 2012. However, registering early will ensure that your conference information will be ready upon your arrival in Las Vegas. If you need to register after March 9, contact any member of the BAI Customer Support Services team at 1-800-224-9889 or 1-312-683-2464 and they will assist you with other registration options.
How do I update my contact information?
You can update your contact information by contacting any member of the BAI Customer Support Services team at 1-800-224-9889 or 1-312-683-2464; or fax your correct information to us at 1-800-375-5543; or e-mail us the corrections at info@bai.org.
I'm trying to register online, but I don't have a promotional code, help!
If you need assistance locating a promotional code on a BAI Payments Connect communication, feel free to contact any member of the BAI Customer Support Services team at 1-800-224-9889 or 1-312-683-2464. Please note that not all communications have promotional codes.
How do I book my hotel?
You may book your hotel accommodation directly with the official BAI Payments Connect hotel, The Mirage, by calling (800) 499-6311 or (702) 791-7495. To receive the discounted nightly room rate of $119 single/double plus a daily resort fee of $15 and 12% tax, make your reservations by February 16, 2012 and be sure to mention BAI Payments Connect to get the BAI-negotiated rate. What hotel services does the $15 Daily Resort Fee include?
- Complimentary internet access (in room)
- Unlimited access to the Cardio Center (does not include access to the Fitness Center at The Mirage Spa)
- Daily newspaper available for pick-up at the Impulse Store and Bell Desk
- Unlimited local and toll-free calls
- Complimentary printing of boarding passes, notary service and up to 10 copies or faxes (black & white only) at the Business Services Center
How far is the conference location from the airport?
The Mirage is estimated at 15-30 minutes travel time, depending on traffic, from the McCarran International Airport (LAS).
Can I be billed later for my registration? What form of payment do you accept?
Yes, you can be billed. However, payment is due by noon on March 8, 2012. BAI accepts all major credit cards and company checks. If payment is not received by the due date, your onsite registration check-in can be delayed. If you need to use wire transfer for payment please contact BAI Customer Support Services at 1-800-224-9889 or 1-312-683-2464 for account and processing information.
