Exhibitor Badge Registration
The online registration tool is now available.
This user-friendly tool provides BAI Payments Connect exhibitors the ability to:
- Register booth personnel
- Check to see who is already registered
- Purchase additional full conference and expo only badges
- Make corrections/cancellations to existing exhibitor badges

Login
Your login and password were sent via e-mail beginning in December. You may access the link through the Planning Guide under the Online Admin Tool tab. Click here to take a quick tutorial.
IMPORTANT! All badge information must be entered no later than February 28. After this date, any changes must be made onsite at the BAI Registration Center.
Badge Allotment
For every 10’x 10’ booth purchased you are allotted 1 full conference badge and 2 expo only badges. In addition, badges are allocated based on your sponsorship investment.

After you have used all your allotted badges, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional badges through the online tool. Payment is required with a major credit card at the time you enter these badges.
NOTE: Conference speakers automatically receive a complimentary full conference registration. If a member of your organization is a conference speaker, please do not register them through the online tool.

** Expo-only badges are intended for booth personnel and allow admittance into the expo and General Sessions.
For solutions providers who want to attend general and conference sessions as well as need expo access during off-hours (such as for booth setup and teardown), you must purchase a Full Conference Exhibitor badge through the online tool.
Badge Policy
All booth personnel are required to wear the official BAI Payments Connect badge to gain entry into the expo. Badges are nontransferable once onsite and must be worn at all times. During move-in and move-out hours, all exhibitors, including temporary booth personnel and contractors, will be provided with wristbands for admission into the expo.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel for any reason, please notify BAI Customer Service in writing at BAI, 115 S. LaSalle Street, Suite 3300, Chicago, Illinois 60603-3801. Or simply use our convenient fax line at (312) 683-2373, or email your cancellation to info@bai.org. You will receive a full refund if your cancellation request is made more than 30 days prior to the program. If you cancel within 1-30 days of the program start date, your payment amount can be used as a credit towards another BAI program (must be used within one year) or can be refunded to you less a $200 processing fee; please note that the processing fee for additionally purchased Expo Only badges is $75. Refunds will be processed via the method in which they were paid (i.e., credit card, check) - no exceptions. Sorry, cancellations made after the program begins are non-refundable. Of course, you may transfer your registration to another person prior to the start of the program.
