Company Description Instructions
The online admin tool is now available.
This user-friendly tool provides BAI Payments Connect exhibitors/sponsors with the ability to:
- Submit your company description
- Add the appropriate company contact
- Choose product and service categories that best fit your company
- Upload your company logo
Access the BAI Payments Connect Admin
Click here to access the online admin tool and follow the easy steps below to update your company listing.
Your login and password were sent via e-mail beginning in December. You may access the link through the Planning Guide under the Online Admin Tool tab.

IMPORTANT! You must update your information by February 9, as we will pull the data for the printed conference onsite guide and launch the Online Exhibitor Directory. This will ensure that the attendees have the most complete and current information about your company.
Entering Information into the BAI Payments Connect Admin
You need to input your company information (i.e., address, contacts, descriptions and product/service category codes) that will appear in the printed conference onsite guide and the BAI Payments Connect Online Exhibitor Directory.
Upon logging into the BAI Payments Connect Admin, you will see the main navigation page. You may access each of the following sections to update your company information.
- Company Information
Provide basic company information that will appear in both the printed conference onsite guide and the BAI Payments Connect Online Exhibitor Directory. - Contact Information
Add the appropriate booth contact information, including name, title, phone, fax and e-mail, in this section. The contact information will appear in both the printed conference onsite guide and your online directory listing. - Printed Conference Onsite Guide Company Description
Input your 450-character (includes spaces and punctuation, approx. 50 words) company description that will appear in the printed conference onsite guide. - Online Exhibitor Directory Company Description (appears online only)
Enter a 900-character (includes spaces and punctuation, approx. 100 words) company description that will appear in your online directory listing only. - Product & Services Codes
Choose the product and service categories that best fit your company. A standard listing allows exhibitors to select up to five (5) product and services categories. Visitors will be able to locate your company by browsing through the category list. The selected categories will appear in your online directory listing only. - Logo
Insert your company logo in this section. Use either a jpeg or gif image in the exact size of 125 pixels or 1.736 inches in width and 125 pixels or 1.736 inches in height to appear in the BAI Payments Connect Online Exhibitor Directory. Any image larger or smaller will appear distorted. You may also include your company name in the box marked “Alt Text for Image.”
Upgraded Listing in the Online Exhibitor Directory
Take advantage of the opportunity to differentiate your company by enhancing your online presence in BAI Payments Connect Online Exhibitor Directory.
You may upload the following information should you choose to upgrade your online directory listing for $530 BAI Access Plus Sponsor / $590 Non-BAI Access Plus Sponsor:
- Get 450 more characters than a standard online company description
- Select 5 more product and service categories
- Ability to post whitepapers, podcast links, press releases and other information
The Upgraded Listing may be purchased by contacting BAI Solutions Provider Sales at spsales@bai.org. After payment is received, you will gain access to the BAI Payments Connect Online Exhibitor Directory Upgraded Listing menu.
