Event Mailing Lists

As a BAI Access Plus sponsor, you may access event mailing lists and opt-in, registrant email lists for conferences at which your company participates. BAI does not rent or exchange these lists.

All mailing lists include attendees’ contact name, title, company and mailing address that have opted in to receive promotional mailings. Mailing lists may not be added to your database.

Lay the groundwork for a successful event by getting your message out to conference attendees early with a pre-conference mailing list distributed to you four and two weeks from start of event. The list may be used multiple times before this event for conference promotion only.

Opt-in registrant emails are provided four weeks from start of event, and then updated two weeks from start of event.

The post-conference opt-in email attendee list is an instrumental tool of your marketing campaign to follow up with conference attendees. Opt-in attendee emails are provided two weeks after the end of the conference.
